The POST organizes activities and events in collaboration with a network of Umbrian companies in order to allow people who work with science and technology to get to know each other and have discussions. These activities are also for anyone who enjoys science and technology.
The activities
- Meet the experts who work in the important robotics, biology, physics fields
- Games and scientific exhibitions in collaboration with the most important events in Perugia (Fantasio Festival 2007, Eurochocolate 2006) and outside Perugia (La Scienza in Piazza 2006 in Bologna, Science Festival 2007 in Genoa, Philosophy Festival 2007 in Modena)
- Summer events organized in collaboration with some Italian Science Centres: Immaginario Scientifico in Trieste, Città della Scienza in Naples, Tecnoscienza in Bologna, Mad Science in Mantova, Extramuseum in Turin.
POST in 2006
- About 30.000 people were interested in the activities organized by POST
- More than 9.500 people visited the Science Centre
- 14.000 students participated to the POST activities in 2006/07 academic year
- 3.000 people came in the 2006 summer activities
